The Fundraising Volunteer will assist in planning and executing fundraising initiatives to support our organization's mission and projects.

- Help organize fundraising events and campaigns.

The Videography/Photography Volunteer will capture memorable moments at our events, programs, and campaigns through both photo and video — helping us create a strong visual record of our activities and content for our marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Photograph and/or film events, programs, and initiatives.
- Capture both candid moments and planned shots (group photos, b-roll, interviews, etc.).
- Edit and organize photo and video collections, and deliver final files in a timely manner.
- Ensure high-quality, compelling visuals suitable for social media, web, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team on shot lists and creative direction.
Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate skills in photography and/or videography — applicants comfortable with one or both are welcome.
- Own equipment (camera, lenses, mic, gimbal, etc.) is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable shooting in a variety of environments and lighting conditions.
- Familiarity with editing software (e.g., Lightroom, Snapseed, Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut).
- Reliability, an eye for detail, and openness to creative feedback.

The E-Commerce and Sales Volunteer will assist in managing online stores, sales campaigns, and merchandise.

Qualifications
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Etsy, or similar).

Tutoring Volunteers support the academic growth of students in our programs by providing one-on-one or small-group help across core subjects. We offer both General Tutoring and French Tutoring — please indicate which you are applying for in the form.
Responsibilities
- Guide students through homework, projects, and exam preparation.
- Reinforce concepts in math, reading, science, or writing as needed.
- Track student progress and share updates with the program lead.
- Create a patient, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment.
- French Tutoring: Lead conversational practice and reading/writing exercises in French, and share cultural context that brings the language to life.
Qualifications
- Strong grasp of K–12 subject material.
- Patience and clear communication skills.
- Reliability and commitment to scheduled sessions.
- French Tutoring: Fluent or strong working French (spoken and written).
This volunteer will support the Youth Ambassador Program by mentoring, training, and guiding young volunteers in their efforts to promote our organization's mission.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and train youth ambassadors.
- Coordinate and lead youth-focused initiatives and events.
- Provide guidance and support to young volunteers.
- Collaborate with the youth ambassador program team.

- Experience working with or mentoring youth in any capacity.

OLG Bingo Volunteers help create a welcoming, well-run experience at our charity bingo sessions — a meaningful fundraising source for the foundation. This role is open to adult volunteers only and is especially well-suited for those who enjoy being part of a friendly community environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the charity gaming centre.
- Answer basic questions about the Hall or any visible promotional material.
- Keep the gaming floor clean and presentable — (shared responsibility with team member) wipe down machines and surfaces during sessions.
- Support event staff with light setup, check-ins, and end-of-session tidy-up.
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years of age or older.
- Friendly, personable, and comfortable chatting with guests.
- Must be able to speak and communicate in English.
- Punctual & Reliable.
- Transportation required to get to location(s) — e.g. personal, ride-share, or public transit.
- No prior experience required — all volunteers will be provided with virtual & on-site training.
