Melodie Fraser is a Child and Youth Care Worker with over 15 years of experience working with youth and community outreach, working in various settings supporting and empowering clientele from different backgrounds on their growth journey. With a strong background in Restorative and Trauma-informed practices, Melodie believes that youth should be allowed to have their strengths nurtured and their insight validated. This contributes to the success of their long-term achievement goals. She’s a 2017 award recipient of Excellence and Distinction from the Peel District School Board, being recognized for her dedication and passionate approach to working with youth. Outside of her work, Melodie volunteers her time and expertise creating programs and mentoringyoung adults entering the field of working with children and youth.
